These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Blin governing your use of the Service.

We may require you to agree to additional terms for specific features (for example, paid features or promotions). Those supplemental terms form part of these Terms when applicable.
1.3
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and Minors
2.1 Age Requirement
The Service is intended for and may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.
2.2 No Collection from Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a user under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
2.3 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Blin strictly prohibits any content that depicts, describes, or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any UGC or behavior suspected to involve CSAE will be removed immediately, reported to law enforcement and appropriate authorities where required, and preserved for investigatory and legal purposes.
2.4 Parental & Guardian Concerns
If you are a parent or guardian who believes your child has accessed or used the Service in violation of these Terms, contact us immediately at biko.ink@service.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful behavior, or threats to others' safety or the Service's security. We may also delete content and refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
4.1 Lawful Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: (a) posting illegal content or content that violates others' rights; (b) harassment, threats, or hate speech; (c) impersonation; (d) attempting to interfere with Service integrity (for example, reverse engineering, attempting to access other users' data, or introducing malware); (e) scraping or bulk exporting data without permission; (f) buying, selling, or facilitating the sale of illegal goods or regulated services through the Service.
4.3 Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, termination, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) — Posting and Rights
5.1 UGC Defined
UGC includes posts, photos, videos, trail logs, gear lists, comments, messages, and any other content you submit to the Service.
5.2 Responsibility for UGC
You are solely responsible for the content you post and the consequences of posting it. You must ensure UGC complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
5.3 License to Blin
By submitting UGC you grant Blin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and create derivative works for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except to the extent Blin has already published, shared, or retained the content as permitted under the Terms.
5.4 Rights You Retain
You retain any ownership rights you have in your UGC, subject to the license you grant to Blin.
5.5 Moderation and Removal
Blin reserves the right to remove, restrict, or refuse any UGC that violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law. Repeated or severe violations may result in account suspension or termination.
5.6 Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright has been infringed, follow the notice procedures in our Copyright Policy or contact biko.ink@service with a DMCA-compliant takedown notice where applicable.
6. Content Standards and Safety
6.1 Prohibited Content
Explicit sexual content involving minors, direct threats, terrorist propaganda, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
6.2 Safety Tools
We provide reporting tools and may use automated systems and human moderators to detect and manage policy violations.
6.3 No Endorsement
UGC represents the views of its authors, not Blin. Blin does not endorse UGC or any opinion expressed therein.
6.4 Emergency Situations
If content indicates an imminent threat to someone's safety, we may disclose user information to authorities in accordance with law.
7. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
7.1 Blin Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including trademarks, logos, source code, designs, and documentation, belong to Blin or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Blin a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate the feedback into the Service without obligation.
7.3 Respecting Others' Rights
You must not post content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. If you receive a takedown notice, you must comply with the notice procedures in our Copyright Policy.
8. Paid Services, Virtual Goods, and Recharge
8.1 Paid Features Overview
Blin may offer paid route groups, premium subscriptions, virtual goods, or other in-app purchases (collectively, "Paid Services"). Availability and pricing vary by jurisdiction and platform.
8.2 Platform Billing
Purchases made through mobile platforms (App Store, Google Play) are subject to the platform's terms and payment processing; platform store policies may govern refunds and billing disputes. Purchases processed outside platform stores will use our third-party processors.
8.3 Recharge and Payment Flow
Payment steps, charges, and confirmations will be displayed during the purchase flow. By making a purchase you authorize the charge and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
8.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by the platform's refund policy and our internal refund rules. Generally, subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or platform policies. To request a refund or dispute a charge, follow the in-app instructions or contact biko.ink@service with transaction details.
8.5 Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may auto-renew. You are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions through the platform or account settings prior to renewal to avoid unwanted charges.
8.6 Dispute Handling
Payment disputes should first be raised with the platform or payment provider; if unresolved, contact us at biko.ink@service for escalation.
9. Privacy and Data Use
9.1 Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to such data practices.
9.2 Data Display
Information you make public (profile, public posts, public route logs) will be visible to other users in accordance with your privacy settings.
9.3 Lawful Requests
We may disclose user data in response to lawful requests by public authorities or to comply with legal obligations.
10. Third-Party Services and Links

11. Disclaimers and Warranties
11.1 No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
11.2 No Professional Advice
Content on the Service is for informational and social use only and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, safety, etc.). You are responsible for verifying conditions before acting on UGC (for example, route safety or trail conditions).
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blin and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2
Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you to Blin in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
12.3
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability; if local law applies, some limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
13.1 Indemnity by You
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blin and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your UGC or other content you submit; (c) your use of the Service; or (d) your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
13.2 Control of Defense
Blin may assume exclusive control of the defense or settlement of any claim for which it is indemnified; you will not settle any claim without Blin's prior written consent. You agree to cooperate reasonably with Blin's defense and to provide information and assistance as requested.
13.3 Exceptions
Blin will not seek indemnity to the extent a claim arises solely from Blin's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Termination and Suspension
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by following the in-app account deletion process or contacting biko.ink@service. Termination does not affect obligations accrued prior to termination.
14.2 Suspension or Termination by Blin
Blin may suspend or terminate your access, or remove content, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to comply with law or protect other users.
14.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Blin may retain and continue to use copies of your UGC and information as permitted by the Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary for legal, tax, audit or legitimate business purposes. Surviving provisions (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and intellectual property) remain in effect.
15. Modifications to the Service and Terms
15.1 Changes to the Service
Blin may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time without liability. We will endeavor to provide notice for material changes where practicable.
15.2 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated by in-app notice, email to your registered address, or other reasonable means prior to implementation. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
15.3 Your Options
If you do not accept updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Service and, if desired, delete your account.
16. Notices
16.1 Notices from Blin
We may provide notices by email to the email address on file, by in-app messages, or by posting notices on the Service. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
16.2 Notices to Blin
Legal notices to Blin should be sent to biko.ink@service. Notices are effective when received by the recipient.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date to receive communications.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
17.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in Blin's corporate disclosures. If no such jurisdiction is designated, the laws of Singapore will apply, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
17.2 Informal Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, you and Blin agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting biko.ink@service and using good-faith communications.
17.3 Arbitration and Waivers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration; you and Blin may each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. Specific arbitration procedures or exceptions (if any) will be provided in a separate arbitration agreement or clause. If arbitration is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes may proceed in competent courts.
17.4 Small Claims
Either party may pursue an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies under applicable small claims jurisdictional limits.
18. International Use and Export Controls
18.1 Global Service
The Service is available internationally and may involve cross-border data transfers and processing; by using the Service you consent to international transfer and storage as described in our Privacy Policy.
18.2 Export Compliance
You must comply with all applicable export and import control laws relating to software and data. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national of any country subject to applicable sanctions or embargoes.
18.3 Regional Restrictions
Blin may restrict access to portions of the Service in certain countries or regions due to legal, regulatory or operational constraints.
19. Miscellaneous Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blin regarding the Service.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19.3 Assignment
Blin may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or part, without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign your rights or obligations without Blin's prior written consent.
19.4 No Waiver
Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
19.5 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "including" are illustrative and not limiting.
